I love reading. Love. Love. Love.

I also love setting goals.

I also am a tiny bit obsessive.

This winning combination has led me to an annual tradition of aiming to read 100 books per year. This will be my fourth year setting this lofty number. (To get to 100, this typically means that I start about 115, and don’t finish about 15 of them. This, because a few years ago I made a pact with myself to stop finishing bad books. Finishing every book used to be my other obsession.)

I keep a running list of the books and what I think of them in my journal, and this bright shiny 2011 I’m going to write them here to bore you all.

Here goes…
