Have you heard of the @capscop account on twitter? I think they use an algorithm that targets people who ‘yell’ in all caps and tweets them some super snarky remark. Hopefully this will curb some of the yelling lol

Not yelling should not be confined to Twitter alone. The same is true for sites like facebook too.
