The Diaz-Ortiz Group provides executive coaching services on an individual, client-by-client basis. Services, scheduling, and communication methods (including SMS text messaging) are arranged directly with active clients, typically through an individual onboarding process.

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal and professional development. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or achievements from coaching services. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in coaching.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following:

  • Program description: You will receive text messages related to scheduling updates, session reminders, and coaching-related resources from The Diaz-Ortiz Group.
  • How consent is given: You typically opt in by initiating the first text message to our number after receiving it through an individual onboarding email. In cases where we initiate contact, you will first receive a compliant opt-in request and your reply confirming consent is required before any further messages are sent.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency is low, typically up to 4 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
  • Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 10.
  • Supported carriers: Our SMS program is intended for use on major U.S. mobile carriers. We are not responsible for issues arising from unsupported carriers or devices.

4. Use of the Site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Diaz-Ortiz Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, our coaching services, or our SMS program. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for coaching services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to discontinue coaching services, Site access, or SMS communications with any individual at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
