WOW. Hostgater sounds like a nightmare. I have nothing but great things to say about GoDaddy. All my sites are there but one, that I bought as a franchise and is hosted elsewhere.

I’m in the middle of your advance copy and am finding it very enlightening. My favorite nonprofit has been tweeting for some time, but Chapter 4, particularly so far, has great information that will help them invest their time more effectively.
