Digital Transformation Shouldn’t be So Hard.

At Digital Innovation Advisors, we believe that digital advisory boards can be the gateway to powerful digital transformation. That’s why we specialize in developing and maintaining powerful digital advisory boards for organizations like yours.

Our proven process establishes an expert digital advisory board that serves as a force multiplier to create the impactful transformation and lasting change that leading global companies desperately need.

Our Unique Process

Digital Transformation Readiness Assessment (DTRA)™

First, we work with a small group of your executives to conduct our preliminary Digital Transformation Readiness Assessment (DTRA)™.

One-Day Digital Workout

Next, we prioritize our assessment findings and discretely invite an influential group of digital advisors for a One-Day Digital Workout.

Board Development & Facilitation

Finally, we create and facilitate your digital advisory board.

Our first step in analyzing your readiness for a digital advisory board is to work with a small group of your most trusted internal executives to conduct our preliminary Digital Transformation Readiness Assessment (DTRA)™. We identify the top ten (“top ten”) unique challenges or opportunities your organization faces. We explore where you are most vulnerable to competitive innovation or disruption and where you could potentially leapfrog the market.

Next, we prioritize our assessment findings and discretely invite an influential group of digital advisors for a One-Day Digital Workout of a subset of the top ten. We recruit these individuals from a rare group of global practitioners who are doing more than just talking about digital transformation. These high-performers are leading it in their respective organizations, focused wholly on a number of critical drivers to embrace this new digital context. It will no longer be sufficient to have a chief digital officer or a CTO who takes care of digital transformation. Digitization must be understood and driven from the top across the entire organization with a digital workforce implementing pilots and prototypes to transform the business definitively, explore new operating models, challenge future go-to-market strategies, and accelerate profitable revenue growth opportunities.

We then narrow the digital advisory board to the most relevant and engaged members on both sides and curate four quarterly sessions comprised of both in-person and virtual discussions.  From product portfolio, business or revenue model generation, forward-thinking governance, innovative digital marketing, global talent agenda, supply chain and logistics, as well as ever-demanding cybersecurity, the operators curated for your unique digital advisory board will bring cross-industry acumen and thought- and practice-leadership within a vast array of digital innovation practices.

Finally, from the digital advisory board discussions, we guide your board of directors to help their stewardship become more digitally astute, continue to elevate their education, evaluation of potential risk, and support of the CEO and management team in making prudent investments to enable the strategic growth of the company further. Ultimately, our process proves that great digital advisory boards can act as force multipliers to create the impactful transformation and lasting change you need.

Digital transformation is the defining challenge facing many industries today.

Unfortunately, only 10% of company directors today have any digital experience. As a result, 70% of CEOs actively worry about the digital know-how of their senior leadership.

This is how digital expertise can transform your company.
